This 36″ x 30″ x 6″ jumbo easy-fold mailer is a single wall 200#/ECT-32 box with scores at multiple depths to customize your packaging. This jumbo easy-fold mailer has four depth options: 1″, 2″, 4″, and 6″ to adjust to your product’s size. Score cardboard compresses the internal support of the product without needing to create a specific cut. This easy-fold mailer opens fully. Simply place your item in the middle of the mailer, fold in the sides at your desired depth and close! Tape is needed to seal. Use this jumbo easy-fold mailer to package framed posters, artwork or other flat surfaced items. This corrugated mailer has a Type B flute size and can withstand up to 65 lbs. of weight, making the mailer an excellent option for secure packaging against punctures and blows.

Material:

Corrugated Cardboard is typically comprised of a fluted or zig-zag paperboard layer sandwiched between two stiff boxboard layers. Used in the manufacture of shipping cartons, corrugated material offers increased reinforcement to protect box contents from damage. Corrugated cardboard material is offered in single-face and single-wall configurations. For added strength, double- and triple-wall configurations are available. The fluted layer can also vary according to flute depth and number of flutes per foot.
